Raymond ‘Hap’ Harrison Scholarship winner Breanne Springstead updates us on her Fall semester at Rutgers University.

“I’m taking five classes, tutoring, and doing writing and public relations for one of our on-campus literary magazines. I currently tutor student-athletes in various subjects including Communication Research, Social Research, Staffing, Race Relations, and a few other subjects. I’ve really enjoyed the experience thus far and all of the new people I have had the opportunity of meeting,” explained Breanne.

Ms. Springstead is also highly involved in “The Imaginate,” one of the on campus literary magazines. She aso assists with the website and social media content for the magazine. “So far classes are going well and I’ve been having an awesome semester! I have also been trying to think about life after school and possible careers I may want to pursue.”
